This new model numeral control four rollers double drafting system fancy yarn machine produces two colors fiber type fancy yarn and fancy thread, such as overfeed loop yarn, waves yarn and so on. The functions are much more and better than three rollers fancy yarn machine model SZLBF112-3E.
To decrease the difference of twisting, the hollow spindles and ring spindles are driven separated by the long belts. Feeding sliver directly, weighting system of the gate type pendulum arm, drafting long and short fiber. Total nine sets of fine inverter with PLC and touching screen control the machine to produce all kinds of fancy pattern yarns.
