TEDA Thermo-Insulation was created as a new product as a result of numerous thermo-mechanic tests in the area of thermo-insulation. Analyses have shown that the thermal insulation performance of TEDA can be compared with eiderdown. In fact, when equal thickness are compared, it provides about 1-1.5 times warmth of down and about twice the warmth of other high-loft insulation materials. Besides, due to the hydrophobic property of Polypropylene, it can remain its insulating ability even in damp conditions.
THE TECHNOLOGY OF WARMTH
What makes TEDA do such an excellent work? It's all in the fibres. TEDA is produced in a special process with high-tech polymers. During this process superfine fibres of polypropylene in the range of 0.3 to 7.0 micrometer are produced. Some of these fibres are microbonded, others are entangled at random.
