Leg-in's started off as an idea from a mother with 4 kids that were born 1 year apart. Cari wilcox would have 4 car seats in her jeep and in the middle of winter she would have to wrap each kid in a blanket, put them in the car, and then take them out and put them in a stroller. Keeping the children wrapped up was a never ending problem and also time consuming for a mother of 4.
Cari made four blankets with legs at the ends of them... The problem was solved!!! With in the next week she was making 10 more for family members, and then 15 more for friends. Cari hired an attourney about trade marking the idea and selling leg-in's to the world.5 years later... Here we are.
