Artflame was established as a Sole Proprietorship in 2001 with a vision of becoming the first export company in Kenya to have an online, e-commerce trading platform for original African artworks. Market leadership in the same line of business has been its optimal, strategic goal.
Faced by challenges of technological nature and market dynamics, the company's rapid expansion was greatly hampered and was forced to diversify its range of products to include wood carvings, sisal basketry, indoor/outdoor furniture and other related items.
