| Fuyang Cheerfree Mechanical Manufactory has a capability to produce Strapping seals ranging in standard widths from 5 mm up to 32 mm and thickness from 0.4 mm. to 1.2 mm. with break strength in the range of 200 kg to 1200 kg and above. The plant has an in house Quality Assurance Department equipped with the latest computerized systems to check the critical parameters of strapping like Tensile strength, Break strength, Elongation and Elasticity Modulus.Seals are available in Carbon and Stainless Steel. Other grades of material available upon inquiry. Stainless Steel Wing Seals and Buckles available upon request. MagazineBe used with combination tools and strapping machines. Be held together by interlocking nibs. This development allows loading partial stacks into magazines of seal feed combination tools.Nestack seals are available in seal clips and are automatically fed from a magazine in the combination tool.
