1.Screw center axis and cylinder are made of 38CrMoAlA chromium, molybdenum and aluminium alloy treated by nitrogen.It has an advantage of great thickness,corrosion resistance and abrasion etc.
2.Die head is plated with hardchrome, screw mandrels structure make discharging more equal, better accomplish blown film. Complex film blowing machine structure makes more uniform output gases. Ascending unit adopts square frame platform structureascending frame height according to different technical requirements to adjust automatic.
