MUSAN factory is established in 1996 with German drying in oven technology and sterilizing with microwave units. Now, producing red hot chilli pepper beginning from growing the fresh chilli. MUSAN produces Red Hot Chilli Pepper with the support of Turkish Scientific Investigation Association, some universities & etc. MUSAN is awarded to '1998 Product Improving Award' in Turkey for the process in producing with microwaved supported technology in drying/sterilizng and other technology for producing the red hot chilli pepper with the best aroma and Vitamin C.
