The Company was established in 1962 to manufacture the first acetate filter cigarette, for the Colombian market.
Today, we are the number one in the country, with sales of over US$150 Million.
We contract the production of our own tobaccos with the farmers, providing them technical assistance and financial support.
We also process, thresh, blend and age our tobaccos in the plant located in the city of San Gil, with a capacity to handle 30,000 tons/year.
The cigarette manufacturing facility is located in Bogota and has a capacity to produce 20 billion units/year.
A second manufacturing plant to attend the export market is under construction and should be in operation in January 2006.
Our main cigarette exports are to the Unitad States and the Caribean and tobacco strips to Europe.
We are interested to expand our export business, for which we are looking for serious and professional companies to sell our products.
