Ready to use, Our sun dried sour plums have a tangy sweet flavor with spicy undertones and a chewy texture making them a good choice for snacking and as an ingredient for baking in breads, scones and bagels. Dried Plums are high in vitamin A, potassium and an excellent source of fiber. It often contains sulfur dioxide for color retention and as a preservative.
