| We produce and market different rapid immuno-chromatographic tests, and among them we have a rapid gluten detection test in foodstuffs(stickgluten)for which we are seeking world-wide distributors. This test, based on r5-antibody and developed in collaboration with gluten department of the biotechnology national center(cnb)inmadrid, Spain, can detect all alpha, beta, gamma and omega fractions of prolamins from wheat, barley and rye with a sensitivity comprised between 2 and 4 ppm.This test is really interesting for food industries and especially for those that produce gluten-free foodstuffs, since it allows them to check with high precision without any additional instrument whether the raw materials, the final products, or any step in the production process contains or has been contaminated with gluten.The test can be used alone or togheter with a elisa method, since stick gluten is useful to perform a previous screening analysis to check whether the sample contains gluten or
